Recognizing the untapped potential in the real estate market, Jeremy teamed up with a renowned Real Estate company to fill the void, establishing the first brokerage in the area with unwavering integrity and firm promises.
Driven by his commitment to providing families with secure homes, Jeremy expanded his endeavors, pairing Pacific Coast Real Estate with Pacific Coast Construction. His dedication to creating new building standards ensures that the literal foundation of housing in the region is as solid as his word.

Raised in Guanacaste, Alex attended from kindergarden to highschool locally, experiencing a bilingual education that laid the foundation for his future endeavors. With a passion for soccer, he honed his skills competitively in Liberia Guanacaste before venturing to Canada for post-secondary education.
During his time in Canada, Alex not only pursued his academic interests but also excelled in collegiate soccer for four years in the greater Toronto area. He further broadened his skill set by earning a digital video production diploma, showcasing his creative talents and technical expertise.
